“I do deposits here 3 times a week for the last 5 years, and always get great service from the regular team Douglas, Suzanne, Gloria and Beronica! You guys always take care of me and do it with a smile.
Usually no wait at all weekday afternoons.
Huge parking lot, but can be tough to find parking due to so many Tesla chargers.
The facility is warm, welcoming and clean with nice plants around the office, great natural light, seating and some upgraded, screens to watch if you are waiting.
One thing I will say is tellers need to have more 1's and 5's during the day. It seems that they're out many times and have to ask someone or go to the back. No big deal, but there should be no wait for small amounts of cash that I normally get ($100 or less)”
“I've had very good experiences at this So. Pasadena branch. The personnel have been friendly, respectful, and supportive. Banker Jess assisted me with opening a third account and Manager Amrit was responsive and assuring in addressing my concerns regarding specific transactions. Representative Yara was very personable and so efficient in handling transactions.This branch will be my 'go to" branch for professional services and support. Thank you.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Phillip, he was on time, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgable. I am not much of a banking/finance guy and needed help with a wire, was actually extremely nervous, and Phillip put me totally at ease. Everything went wonderful, and they covered the wire fee, he really went above and beyond, left feeling really positive about the entire experience. It's really unfortunate people only seem to remember to leave reviews when they are feeling bothered, people like Phillip make banking something I look forward to. I think him and the people at this branch deserve a bit more credit.”
“I've banked from BofA to credit unions and for a regular personal account I've honestly never gone to a friendlier place. It has a mom and pop feel, never long lines, and just so pleasant going in. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. This is so random of me to review a bank, but I think nice pleasant professional people who are good at their jobs should get props in this world!”
