“Excellent Customer Service
I want to recognize Thomas and Steven at this UPS location for their excellent customer service. I had accidentally sent a very important envelope to the wrong address, and it was extremely urgent for me. I called the store only about 10 minutes before closing after customer service instructed me to contact the location for help with changing the address.
Even though it was almost closing time, Thomas was incredibly patient and took the time to gather all my information. He reassured me that they would take care of it and explained the process, including opening a ticket and changing the address or resending the package. He also explained that if it couldn't be completed that night, they would make it a priority first thing in the morning. His patience and reassurance really helped me during a stressful situation.
The next day, Steven called me to verify the information and process the address change. I unfortunately missed his first call, but he took the time to call me a second time. That really showed me that they genuinely cared about helping me and making sure the issue was resolved.
I am extremely grateful to Thomas and Steven. This was excellent, excellent service!
They understood how urgent the situation was and treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism.
I love UPS, and because of experiences like this, I will continue recommending UPS to my friends and family. This location truly takes care of their customers. Thank you, Thomas and Steven, for going above and beyond!”

With just 14 days of boarding and training with Andrew, Koa learned all basic obedience commands along with being able to walk nicely. “Wow is all I can! Me and my husband visited LA for our 21st anniversary. While there we found a LED sign that was pretty lengthy. However, we visited many shipping locations and they would not deliver. The moment we stepped into Ship District Brandon was amazing and said I can help you. After hearing how much it cost we really couldn’t decide what we wanted to do because the cost was a little bit higher than we anticipated. Mind you; we were going on a cruise and had to be at the port no later than 2pm. Brandon made it happen as we were on small time due to all the other shipping places we went to and they denied us because of the type of sign it was and length.
Brandon ensured us that the sign would be okay. He said enjoy your anniversary cruise and call me once you return. He was a pure blessing. He kept our sign while we went on the cruise because we still hadn’t had an idea if we wanted to leave it, pay for it, or get shipped. Brandon was so nice and once we returned from the cruise we called to tell him to go ahead and ship it and we’ll pay the fees. Y’all he shipped it and it made it safely to Missouri all because we walked into a pure angle (Brandon) at Ship District.

I didn’t catch their names, but the young lady and young man who helped me were extremely patient and helpful as I navigated setting up an account before shipping my package… during a rush period (I know how terrible of a customer I sound, believe me). The UPS site wasn’t cooperating but they found a way to make it happen before the cutoff.
