I needed help with transferring money in order to put a down payment on a new vehicle. My credit union is and couldn't help remotely. They recommended their sister branch, Priority one. I was so stressed, but Lorena, the teller, was very helpful & provided good conversation, while I waited for the T's to cross and I'm to dot. She made the transition better.

This credit union is the absolute best!! The customer service is amazing, they handle business A1 and efficiently... Lorena is awesome, she is very good at her work she explains everything that you need to know and she works hard for you. Everyone is super kind and helpful also very attentive.

Definitely one of the worst credit unions to bank with . I don’t recommend these people to no one . Take your money out and terminate all business with them. The worst attitude they are not at all professional and they have the worst policy

I've had an account with them for about two-three years now. I'm going to be honest. They definitely need to work on being more efficient. I've had several loans with them and they drag their feet on everything. Very very slow. They definitely need to work on being more efficient & getting a response to their customers applying for products quicker. The times Ive applied for products Im the one that has to be calling everyday to check the status on things. Management needs to get it together and push their employees to do better. 2 days ago I called and spoke to a CSR named Luis to get some info on the priority guard checking where you can overdraw your account up to 1000. He stated he would email me forms but I have yet to see anything in my emails. Will it take an act of congress to get those forms sent to me? I'm sorry for acting like a complete Karen right now but this is ridiculous. I will definitely be closing my account once my loan is paid off. Nothing compared to schoolsfirst. Schoolsfirst will get back to you within 2-3 hours with a decision after applying for any kind of product they offer. That's what priority one needs. Efficiency.

Left PriorityOne on Huntington in South Pasadena feeling so dejected... teller advised me to get 100$ bills I had to take out at least 1000 $ Louie call center manager said he would talk to rude teller. Left a real bitter taste of dissatisfaction in my experience

Slow like the DMV, one teller, staff standing around, talking about when they get off at 5pm, but it's 4pm.
