Traveled all way from Torrance to see Adriana! She's a great help I definitely recommend this verizon store very helpful and patient. I upgraded my phone and got it all set up quickly. Best experience I've ever had in a verizon store! I had to come back.

I had to get help in person today for my activation. Joey was awesome. He kept a cool head with all the people in there. He was alone and managed to help everyone. He went above and beyond assisting me with the complications on the other provider. I really appreciate this level of service! He's a rockstar.

Thier online hours say they close at 6pm and so does Google maps. I go and it’s closed. Looked online and found out this store sucks stay away and go to the one on lake. Appetantly the employees make thier own hours on when thier open and not

Decide to visit this store location because of the good rating but I should have gone to an other! Horrible experience the store employee that helped me looked like he didn’t want to be there, didn’t want to show me the available iPhones that they had in stock very awkward transition. I didn’t even get a receipt he just literally activated my service and kicked me out ? never coming back to this location ever again! The management at this store should hire employees that engaged with their customers and not push them away. Please do yourself a favor & visit a different location!
