Thier online hours say they close at 6pm and so does Google maps. I go and it’s closed. Looked online and found out this store sucks stay away and go to the one on lake. Appetantly the employees make thier own hours on when thier open and not

I had a complicated problem with getting my pin from another carrier and Joey was there to save the day! He explained and helped out very thoroughly and even assisted my mom with her additional questions. He made such a stressful process easy and efficient. If anyone is every having a problem with Joey they are probably just having a bad day. Joey is the guy for whatever service issue you are having and will assure that you will be taken care of.

Had an issue with my daughter's phone at another phone service so brought her over onto my service and I had $1000 towards a new phone-I like to keep my phones as long as possible but the screen was cracked so went ahead and got my upgrade. With the new added line and upgrade, my bill went up only a fraction. The best part of this location was manager Joey. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and didn't mind all the extra explaining. He's why I'll stay with Verizon.On another note, I was in the store after a customer complained about their service and the phone was found in the store. It happens, be thankful it was found lol!

Joey is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I got new phones but as a senior, senior had no idea what to do. He’s the best. Couldn’t have done it without him.Rating- A+++++

Came in april they messed up my trade-in or possibly stole my old phone not sure why and now I have to spend my time fixing this, terrible store, rep had a terrible attitude. store is never opened. Closed all of 06/17. Probably because they dont want people to come in and yell at them for scamming them. Not sure how corporate allows these stores to do business like this. Terrible. Look on other sites all the scam flags are there.

Joey helped me out and was a big help! I got a new phone same day, he transferred all my data and let me know all the info on pricing. Really appreciated all his knowledge and efficiency. Highly recommend this store.

Want to make changes on our business account. Store says it open at 10 AM. I arrived at 10:35 A and store is closed. Check reviews and they are all 1 star and negative feed back from this store. I’m glad I did not step in. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Mike totally saved the day. After having problems accessing my new replacement phone, I went to the store and he found a solution that allowed me to finally access my iCloud. He is very professional, helpful, and should be a manager if he already isn’t. Thanks Mike!
