Rude staff and zero willingness to help. From start to finish, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Simple questions were met with annoyance instead of assistance. If you expect basic courtesy or customer service, this is not the place. Avoid.

Horrible service and scams. I rented here for a weekly car rental and had to call every week to get extra charges and extra pending holds removed. Some pending charges would last for over 30 days and be extra charges for no reason.

There are cars like any other car rental companies. but the difference from others is the attention is FAST and EFFICIENT and CORTEOUS. All my experiences there has been the same. Thumbs up !!!
