We've been here on and off, since February, for my husband's job, the Front desk agents are super friendly, great staff, Ken the bartender, is THE BEST, great drinks, good dinner and breakfast. Always a quiet night of rest. Great place to stay. Thanks y'all, for a great place to stay.

The Airport shuttle either left a few minutes before schedule or it never came. We waited in the cold for 30 minutes with two exhausted children before having to take a $60 Uber. At check-in the woman offered no explanation or apology. Other than that the room was nice and everything was fine.

Walkability: you can walk to the train to SFO (17 mins)
