“My coworkers and I wanted something quick for dinner so we decided to dine here. I was genuinely surprised that it was good. It's located inside the hotel and it faces the waterfront view which was nice. Now onto the food, the truffle fries were so good. I love thin fries and the truffle made it more delicious. I also ordered Karl the fog cocktail and that was refreshing. The burger was standard and their salad had this interesting dressing. It was citrusy and refreshing, but they can cut back on the sugar. It was citrusy but a tad sweet for my liking. Nonetheless, I was satisfied with my dinner. Definitely would return for the truffle fries.”

“Nice little family run inn. Rooms are nice and functional. 24hr chevron in parking lot with attached Carl's Jr. Small shopping center across street with grocery outlet and some restaurants. Overall we keep coming back.”

“This hotel is great value for money and in a good location. BART station close by for quick access into the city and a handful of fast food restaurants down the road. Friendly management, quick check in and the hotel itself is in a fairly quiet location. Great value for money. I always stay here if I have an event to go to in SF and don't want to deal with the traffic or parking in SF. Rooms include microwave and fridge and free parking. If you are looking for something luxury this isn't the place for you.”

“Everything was great, from the reservation, food, ambience, waitstaff. Place was clean , friendly staff, food were served hot, fresh and cooked to perfection(salmon, chowder, crab cake) Our waiter took the time explaining their menu, checking on us and attending our needs with smile and professional way. The ambience is simply lovely, romantic, beautiful waterfront and clean. A lot of parking .”

“The rooms were fine. I was glad to see that we had a microwave and a fridge. The only problem was the floors weren’t swept when we came in and we had an ant problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Deluxe ”

“Beds are sooo comfortable. Front desk gentlemen staff was not so friendly, but the ladies were the day we checked out. Cookies they give are to die for. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and I'm not so confident that they cleaned the next day. I believe the building was remodeled and it's beautiful inside. Only other thing I would complain about is their shower heads were put high up for giants. Which does not go great for the vertically challenged. Water pressure was really weak and I was not able to adjust it. :(”

“My flight was delayed. Picked Sonesta. No regrets. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. Location was ideal for shuttle use. My only suggestion is that the shuttle bus be cleaned and reflect the hotel. I skeptical of hotel on ride over.”

“I spent one night at the hotel before catching my flight. The location is ideal, very accessible to the airport. However, the room had an issue with ants infiltrating the sink (sink inside the bedroom), and the couch was completely torn. The lock on the door (the top lock) was partially unscrewed. I only spent a few hours there, but it would be good if you could address these issues for future guests.”

“We were put up at this hotel after United canceled our flight. This was a very nice voucher hotel. Service was really nice and rooms were nice big and clean. Breakfast was very standard. If you get stranded in SFO, this is a great hotel for it.”

“I was at breakfast yesterday, the juice fountain machine leaked and flooded the floor, lady who worked really the only one cleaning the floor, I just turned off the water valve, go figure, no one paid attention to this poor lady who was trying to shut off water !!”

“I stayed here for 4 difficult nights and was very pleasantly surprised by the rooms, service and the staff. I had some issues as far as my phone breaking and my card getting temporarily shut off because i was traveling but the staff made the whole experience much better for me and the bill was a pleasant surprise too. I would highly recommend staying here if youre looking to stay by the airport. Next time im in SF i will stay here again for sure. Thanks guys for a great stay:) -Ian”

“The husband and I stayed here for two nights while we were in town to visit downtown San Francisco. We had asked for a downstairs room with parking in front of the door so we could keep an eye on our motorcycle and trailer. Originally they had planned on us on the second floor but for a bit more money they were able to get us downstairs. There really aren't too many rooms in this facility.The room itself was ok, the AC worked but there were only blinds on the window. No curtains to block the sun. Location to food and to Fisherman's Wharf were convenient. My only concern is that it was right behind a busy gas station and people were up and down the alley all night.”

“Very pleasant atmosphere, staff, amenities, and location for price point by far. Extremely accommodating management and seems recently renovated. The lobby had a victorian ballroom theme- it seems you can also host events here. It was raining on the day of these photos so it may seem a bit gray. Would definitely stay here again :)”
