My partner and I visited this branch together and worked with Kate. We had actually gone to the Chase branch in San Bruno prior to this and had a poor experience, so it was very refreshing to work with Kate at the South San Francisco location and would recommend requesting her. She was polite, professional and friendly.

I’ve been a Chase customer for a long time and have been visiting this branch for about ten years for a variety of needs. Service is polite and professional. It is true from other reviews that there were no tellers, but that changed recently; there are tellers now as of late 2025.
