Customer Service while at Costco is good, but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. This local Costco's phone system has a very bad customer experience. If Tire center doesn't pick up after ~1min it takes you back to the main menu.

I'd go elsewhere. The price for tires is good, but the lack of service, attention and communication makes it inadvisable. Sensor stopped working after they changed the tires, brought it back in, they said they would change the sensor for $50 bucks, didn't charge me when I picked up the car and then called to ask for $60.

Hard to make an appointment. Tire might not available the store you choose. The staff not Friendly to you. The price is ok there. Not a much.
