“Joe is a kind, honest man, and that can be hard to find as a mechanic. My cars repairs would be really high and I didn’t want to sink more money into my car. My daughter was bummed because I was going to get it ready for her to take back to college as her first car, but we had to decide to sell it. Joe was genuinely compassionate to my situation and offered to try and find me a buyer. He did so and tried to get me the best offer he could. I appreciate all he did, especially since he had nothing to gain. When we are able to purchase a car for my daughter, we’ll definitively take it to Joe for service. Thanks Joe! Kristin ?”

“*** NO LONGER OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!! *** I dont know why people complain if they haven't been provided service by SSF Tire. Sharon and George are some of the nicest people and they take care of our fleet of vehicles. They are ONLY providing service for company fleets and no longer the public. Everyone (public) is a fckn prima donna these days and demanding! I've worked in customer service most of my life and people are just rude, inconsiderate and nasty when they don't get their way!!! Good for them for only taking care of their customers and not the public. They have provided the best, quality, friendly service to my guys and even myself (as an acceptation when I have had a nail in my tire). Don't post a nasty review because they have explained POLITELY to you that they are not providing service to the public. You have options to go elsewhere instead of b&tching here about how you didn't get your way. They have the right to refuse service to anyone especially rude @ssholes! They are not the problem, you are. Treat people the way you want to be treated and maybe you'll get the response you want, not the one you deserve.”

So when I found this location near Daly city in called them, they were quite responsive and handled my age issue with my tire within 30 minutes of arrival.
