Stop making your staff use the public fast chargers at the Chase Bank to charge your fleet of EVs. If a company with as much money as FedEx is going to use EVs they can damn well install their own charging on site. The amount of times I've wanted to charge and have had to come back at another time because ALL the plugs are full of FedEx vehicles is actually ridiculous. There are only four non Tesla charging stations near here, install your own damn chargers and let us use the public ones.

Incompetent. The post office isn't open all day, therefore, FedEx can't deliver packages to the post office whenever FedEx feels like it. Amazon managed to figure that out, delivered my package ON TIME!

FedEx is an absolute joke.
Per the tracker, it said final delivery and pick available at this warehouse.
I waste an hour only to be told they don’t have it. I watched every single person ahead of me walk away empty-handed too. They are told it's damaged, missing or some other reason. It was sad seeing everyone getting screwed.
Meanwhile, they’ve got TSA-level security for employees — metal detectors, locked doors — but can’t manage basic delivery logistics. Priorities, right?
FedEx is a disorganized mess. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a pizza, let alone something important.

Nobody gets responsibility I have shipments there it was over night 5 days but I didn’t receive tracking number shows it is in this facility I tried to pick up no one give right answer not making deliveries and not make it ready to pick up

They are terrible. They have zero respect for anyone ever. We're about to send people to Mars, but they can't even deliver our packages or locate them in their facilities for us to pick up. What a bad business structure! Everyone should be fired, and the business should be closed down!

Package was left at facility for me to pick up. I arrived at the facility to pick it up and they tell me they “cant find it” but that it’s sitting in the warehouse somewhere. I really wish companies would stop using FedEx, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My package was supposed to be delivered on Feb 22, but I requested to hold it at Walgreens because I was afraid it might get lost. Little did I know, the real thieves were FedEx employees themselves!
The last scan was at a FedEx facility, and after that—nothing. I called customer service multiple times, and every time, I was given lies and empty promises:
• Feb 25: Customer service said they would file a claim, and someone would call me the same day. No one called.
• Feb 26: I called again. The agent said they contacted South SF and confirmed my package was at the FedEx facility and would be delivered on Feb 27.
• Feb 28: Called again. Another agent acknowledged the claim and said they would follow up. Nothing happened.
• Mar 4: Now, they tell me to contact the shipper and file a claim because my package is considered LOST.
How the hell does a package go missing from a FedEx facility?! It was literally in YOUR possession! This is theft, incompetence, and a complete lack of accountability. FedEx needs to own up to this and stop stealing from customers!
DO NOT TRUST FEDEX WITH YOUR PACKAGES.

The founder Fredrick Smith would be disappointed to see how unwieldy and customer unfriendly his company has become. FedEx made 4 attempts over a week and a half to deliver a package that required signature. I went to a FedEx office branch to have the delivery held. They had me call customer service and the support person couldn’t update the drop off location. I updated the package hold location three times. Waited several days to see if the package hold worked - it didn’t. Last resort I went to the local FedEx Express office and they sent me to the FedEx Ground office. Finally after all this time I got my wine shipment. How hard is it to put instructions in the FedEx system to hold a package at one location? Apparently very hard because no one can do it. Anyway, FedEx workers make do with what they are given and the company’s systems are not agile or flexible enough to accommodate customer requests. I got my wine but it was not without effort.
