“Incredible customer service that is leaving us compelled to write a 5 star review. We came in to test out American Leather sleeper sofas. Everyone was so hospitable and went out of their way to help us with our sleeper sofa purchase. They were even so accommodating to our toddler and brought him a book for entertainment. We are still early in our purchasing journey but given the positive experience we had with Giorgi Brothers we are definitely planning on buying items from here in the future. They're also not on commission and you get a great experience from everyone you chat with!”

“I don't usually do yelp reviews but I felt compelled to writing one for this business last Sunday on February 18, 2024. My wife and I were shopping for furniture and I've been to several furniture stores. I won't name them because if I do I'm going to start bashing them, when I first arrived to the store I had told my wife that I hope that the sales people here aren't aggressive like the other stores are. Every store that I've been to you have a mass of employees walking up to you asking you for help can I help you trying to give you suggestions? Basically it's like going shopping for a car everybody's on top of you like a hawk wanting your business And I don't like that. Let me walk into the store take a look around and if I need help, I will go and find it don't pressure me anyways when I first walked into the store, the gentleman walked up to me and greeted me and told me welcome." If you need any help I'll come back, but take your time and look around". I told my wife OMG I like this spot there was no pressure. I was able to walk around freely. I have a few minutes I went to talk to the gentleman and told him what my needs were and I told him my budget he proceeded to show me a few pieces , and when I told him oh, it's a little bit out of my price range he told me to hold on he'll be back. he came back with the number that was on top of my budget. How many people do that for you? I asked him about delivery he said it is free and set up as well. All the other stores were charging and this guy was free, so I just want to give a shout out to the owner. Dihn for his help and service. I feel comfortable when my wife and I left the store we felt a sense of relaxation and confident about our purchase. In fact, we ended up buying other pieces aside from the budget. If you get a chance and you want a good comfortable no rush no sales, pushing store come and check this store out the furniture looks nice and the prices are affordable.”

“We purchased a beautiful water fountain from Giannini back in 2014 and had an excellent experience with the whole process. Recently, our fountain started having issues and I contacted Giannini. Alex came through for us and found a time slot in their busy delivery schedule to make a service call (we live 2 ½ hours away). Johnny and his crew not only fixed the issue (a disconnected tube inside the fountain) but they took the fountain apart, replaced old components and even scrubbed off all the algae and calcium build-up. Our fountain is working perfectly again and looks almost brand new! Thank you so much Alex and crew!”
