Bought a electric wheelchair about 3 years ago and the batteries went out on it now they tell me the chair I bought has been discontinued for 8 years and they can't order new batteries for it

They claim good tech help. Wrong!! You have to call a sales representative, they don't answer, leave a message. They call you back, then they take you number to give to tech support, to call you back I have a work order to buy a charge but know one to give the money to. Fix this.

iLiving falsely advertises their fans as having much higher performance than they really do. They could not provide any testing data/documentation.
