I bought two of their roof-mounted solar fans, one of which leaked and caused damage to my ceiling. Iliving refuses to take any responsibility for the damage. The fans were installed by a licensed roofer during a re-roof job. I had the roofer investigate the leak and he found that the unit was leaking from the seam where the upper part of the shroud joins the base plate. He caulked around this joint which fixed the problem (we’ve had several inches of rain since then with no more leaks).I contacted Iliving about this. They said the fan was improperly installed. I said the leak was not from the installation, but from the joint in their fan. They said the joint should’ve been caulked. I pointed out to them that nowhere in the instructions does it say to caulk the joint. They replied that the warranty doesn’t cover any damage.Good luck with these guys if you have a problem!

Purchased a lift for a scooter at the fair back in June 2023. It does not fit my car. I contacted the iliving company and they have a clause on the receipt that says ALL Sales are Final. So beware when buying from this company. They promise you it will fit, get you to buy knowing all sales are final and when you still can't use the item because it does not fit they say too bad, you should have read the receipt. We'll I trusted the guy that sold it to me instead.

Purchased the ILG8SF12V-ST - iLIVING 12" Shutter Exhaust Fan with Thermospeed controller.I am IMPRESSED at how efficiently this unit works. Installation was easy and everything worked as described. What really impresses me is at the low fan speed how efficient this unit moves air. Standing inside the shed with fan on low and doors closed, after about a minute I could feel significant airflow moving towards the fan. The next day the temps were in the 90’s and humid…opened the shed doors around 2pm and was astounded at how nice the temps were versus the outside. I did widen the vent on the opposite end of the shed (10'x12') to its maximum size. Highly recommend this appliance…works BETTER than advertised.

The thermostat on a heater failed under warranty. When I called the company, they told me to order the part, and then send an email for the credit. Well, 4 months later, no credit, and not a soul returns any inquiries. I would never order another heater from Dr. Heater again.

When contacted they said they ship UPS. They sent my heater by FedEx. FedEx looses/lies about delivery to my house. 27 year here and over 90 packages lost/not delivered. Request to pickup at FedEx office, said iliving doesn't allow their packages to be held. Thank God I learned to get FedEx employee id numbers and document my calls and then file "goods not received " with bank and get money back. Fingers crossed that I get this package.

Not impressed. I am having problems with my scooter. I am trying to get it repaired. I am told it is still under warranty, however, there are no repairmen in Texas. What good is my warranty.

Although I currently do not require a scooter full time, for years, I have rented mobility scooters (at a cost of $50-95 per day), whenever our travel required a lot of walking that my arthritic body cannot handle, (ie- fairs, travel, amusement parks, etc) . I found this mobility scooter company at the San Mateo County fair. This I3 unit weighs 54 lbs, and easily folds up to fit into any trunk. I tested it out at the fair and purchased it on the spot. I have since used it at Disneyland, touring cities, and I am a fan. It is very comfortable, has extended dual battery power, easilyy re-charges on site, in the vehicle, or at home, and even I can fold it up seconds! Only downside is the basket, which I feel is not substantial enough for the needs of the user. I love my new i3-iLiving scooter!
