The guys at O'Reilly Auto Parts come through EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time I needed new batteries for a keyless entry system for a CRV, and Yafeth and Seth came through. Yafeth found the batteries and helped me take the fob apart. And, when I was trying to put the new battery in, all the little pieces came out, and Seth put them back in and replaced the old battery with a new one I bought. Seriously friendly, non-judgmental professional service. I am SO grateful for the guys at O'Reilly!!

I want to recognize Daniel The Assistant Manager at the SSF-Callan location as a very professional, awesome 5-STARS customer service. I bought a very high-end battery for my car yesterday and Daniel was very courteous, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would like to see more employees like him at O'REILLY Auto Parts where I shop frequently as a longtime loyal customer ever since the Kragen and Grand Auto days. Thank You for your kind attention.

April 6th, 2023: Melissa failed to tighten and secure my new and LOOSE battery installation she placed. *May 2nd, 2023/Patty non-compliant with my communication limits. *May 3rd, 2023: Contacted to seek resolution, Justin/Internet: spoke rudely and fastidiously. I urged him to please slow down and articulate so that I don't have to guess, he accused me of insulting him and threatened to end the call. I hung up out of utter shock. *Edward: impatient, documented morbid experience. Will forward to Ronnie/Regional Manager of O'Reilly's (phone number: 707-430-0113) and Ronnie to email me for final resolution/conclusion. *May 4th, 2023: Ronnie: I received your complaint and I am sorry you had a poor shopping experience at one of our locations. What can I do to help? Thanks, Ronnie Ewing O'Reilly Auto Parts/Sr. Director Oakland Region 66 *Due to Justin's immature, crude and volatile demeanor, terminate. Justin, of the O'Reilly's "Corporate" Level, repeatedly, disrespectfully, immorally and profusely focused on how long we were on the telephone for. I.e.: You have been speaking on the phone for 25 minutes (and/or) We have been on the phone for some time.... In the thirty plus years of providing business between Kragen and O'Reilly's, this is by far, the most insulting and unforgivable transaction. Melissa, Ronnie and Justin are clearly incompetent, incoherent, disengaged, impatient and incapable of pristine workmanship. Termination. Failed problem solving skills and expects the customer to handle the resolution?

I stopped by for a quart of oil. A youngish kid was happy to help. During our conversation Fred had been listening and was quick to look-up the type of oild the car uses. He suggested the type of oil my car took and look up the weight my car needed. He was very courteous and patient. He even helped me by putting it in the car himself. During these times of people wanting to do the bare minimum, it was refreshing to get the type of customer service at the level of days gone by.

Today Sept 03/22, I went to O'reilly auto parts in Callan Blvd, south san Francisco, I was helped by Godofredo Employee #539795, I bought 2 windshield wipers, which they advertise they will install free. So I bought 2, there were 2 cashiers and there was only 3 customer. Since I bought 2 windshield wipers, I asked Godofredo nice to install my wiper as advertised, his reason was they don't have the time because they were busy and I said their only 3 customers here, why did you install my wiper and the other cashier takes care. He refused, He refused, he really refused because they are only 2 cashiers and no one to take take care of the customer, which I am also a customer. Anyway, so I asked to refund my money because Godofredo #539795, refused to install because no one is going to take care of another customer there was only 3 customer and 2 cashiers. Bad customer services, False advertising (Free Installed). Bad customer service.

Came here to have my battery replaced. Asked the gentleman if he'd be able to help me with replacement as I didn't have tools with me. He didn't hesitate to say, yes. Went smoothly. I wanted to give him a tip, unfortunately, I didn't have cash on hand and apparently the shops nearby didn't do cash back.So, I hope you get recognized for your good deed. Shout out to Lawrence for your excellent customer service, good sir! I'm no longer living in town, but I'll get you next time, brother!

I love this store because not only is the closest to were I life but also very clean, organize and friendly crew that can help you find what you looking for and even when you on the budget they still willing to go a little further and provide a solution to get the your project done.....thank you Melissa and the rest of the friendly crew for helping the rest of the community getting their weekdays daily or weekends projects back on the road.

Melissa is awesome! She knows the meaning of exceptional customer service! Went in to buy a replacement windshield wiper. Melissa showed me the various options and offered good advice. She even put it on for me!
