Interestingly, I've had a pretty good experience with them. Shipped 8 packages so far from Beijing and Guangzhou and they've all managed to arrive in 3-5 days. That's faster than USPS first class from a lot of places. Customer support is great on the phone and easy to talk to.

Only speaking based on my own experience. They ship fast and cheaper than all other carriers. The staff are very helpful. They probably doesn't look as professional as other carriers but they are very cordial which is rare in this age. Thanks
