“I have to say, the postal workers at this post office/sorting facility are first class. I had a package that went undelivered for some reason, with tracking showing some kind of error. Two of the women there went out of there way to track down the package, and actually stopped my mailman before he left, so they could grab it for me.”

“The manager at USPS was being extremely helpful with giving information to people trying to ship last minute while short staffed with one person at the register. At the same time was being incredibly patient with an old asian lady trying to do her PO box. The person at the register was doing the most trying to finish with ringing people out. That professionalism and kindness is worthy of 5 stars.”

“Note: the review below is for the service 2 years ago. Shipment experience has changed since Covid.I'll share my experience with this carrier. The location is a bit tricky to find, but the lady who helped me was very friendly. I wanted to ship some dietary supplements. She let me know that if I ship 5-10 bottles or more, the custom of China may charge tax. It's normal and applies to all carriers. She showed me the instructions and notices for customers, printed and hanged on the wall. I noticed an item saying "If the shipment values more than 2500CNY, the China custom will charge tax." Btw, 2500CNY is about 360USD. I discussed with her and we decided to ship just one bottle to test it out. The result is satisfying: my shipment arrived within one week, and the shipment cost is about 20% of UPS/Fedex/DHL. In addition, the destination of my shipment is a small city in China that major US carriers like UPS don't even cover.It looks like the previous bad review are mostly about communication issues when packages are delayed, when custom charges tax, etc. I'd suggest shipping a small amount of items that cost less than $300.”
“I had a delay with my package which was due to some issues from UPS according to the owner. I wrote an earlier review and the owner swung into action to do her best to see a resolution to the issue. I do acknowledge the genuineness of the owner in trying to resolve the issue.”
