Management is very responsive and direct to coordinating logistics and answering any questions - major thanks to Calvin and team. Pickup and drop off were as smooth as promoted with a crew of two, and the guys were always very careful and thoughtful in how they handled your stuff and not damaging your apartment. Absolutely give them a shot if you need a storage option or moving in general, you will be very pleased.”

“Farhana was a delight . We can very close to closing time and she was kind, funny, didn’t rush us, and took the time to show us the unit and to get everything done without a rush. Great job farhana. The unit itself had two lights that didn’t work. Hopefully managment fixes that since they’re really high up. Overall we were very pleased with farhanas customer service and kindness”

“Another excellent move with Caremore. I think this is our fourth move with them. Sadly it will be our last as we are leaving the state soon. But Kieran and crew were really great despite me being disorganized and distracted for most of the drop off. I didn't detect a hint of attitude or snippiness which I really appreciated. They were very careful and very caring with all of my belongings and really went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and everything was in the place that I wanted it to be. I felt kind of bad about not lifting a finger to help them but I was exhausted and they did a great job for me. Highly recommend.”

“This was the best moving experience I've ever had, and I have moved about 14 times in the past 45 years. They were on time, had all the packing and moving materials needed and went to work. They carfully wrapped, boxed and packed everything...then put it on the truck. When they got to my new location, they unwrapped everything and placed it where I wanted. I would recommend Jim at Best Better Moving to anyone who would like a hassle free moving experience.”
“Preparing for an art show at Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum contacted Ship Art to pick up the art pieces arriving from California. They arrived as estimated, wrapped the piece for traveling across country, talked about their system and when it would arrive in Philadelphia (in time). Watching us wrap the art to wear piece, they offered to wrap it in a box they had and we watched as they expertly took care of wrapping the art to wear. They just returned the piece after the close of the show, and it looks great, and we kept their box to protect it. We were contacted of the return date and time window and someone had to be at the address, and we were. Ship Art is a responsible, very professional company. Communication is very important.”

It was so nice and great to be in such short proximity to the beautiful sites and historic locations in San Francisco that we highly recommend visiting this place for your future adventures in the area. The facilities are amazing here in Treasure Island. Clean and newly renovated sites to include being a gated in park was very impressive and the quality of the facilities and the RV units was amazing. The staff was really friendly and the website was very helpful and detailed. I’m a veteran and I was very impressed with the quality customer service and professionalism of the staff there in Treasure Island. I am confident that this place is the best RV park in the vicinity of San Francisco. It’s not even close to a debate - it’s just the truth. Safety, security and good customer service! Do yourself a favor and book a site to this Park.”

“Great Storage company, was a customer with multiple storages and with this economy we were late often. They worked with us and were always respectful of our situation. Luckily we’ve bounced back and no longer need either storage but if we did, we’d come back here no doubt!! Met the owner on our last day as we emptied our storage and I can see why his business is so well respected in the area!”
