However, the experience is fully automated with no office staff, using a machine and camera for contact. A significant complaint is that the single public bathroom is always locked, leading to unpleasant issues. Customers also express frustration over rent being raised every six months, calling it ridiculous.
Just met with Scott he went above and beyond to show me the space and followed up. Something you’d expect to be the standard nowadays but definitely not the same for every staff and employee. The manager Joe is wonderful, he helps me with his very professionally work. I been using public storage for years, meeting a good storage manager is an important thing!
