The UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet provides reliable shipping services and package handling. The staff is consistently described as kind, helpful, and polite, offering great customer service and a stress-free experience. They are noted for carefully handling important documents and invaluable items, with shipments arriving safely and in pristine condition across the globe. The location is considered convenient and a great spot for services like Amazon returns, package drop-off, and obtaining P.O. boxes. While UPS shipping is acknowledged as more expensive than other options, it is viewed as a premium service with a guarantee. The store has a station for self-service Amazon returns. Some customers find the cost for printing a single page to be too high compared to other businesses. The drop-off for packages is located in the parking lot, not inside the main building, and the drop-off opening is noted as small, unsuitable for very large packages. Overall, it is regarded as a typical UPS store with a helpful team that provides great service.

When you arrive head to the left of the glass door into the parking lot. The drop off is located in the left corner inside the parking lot and not inside the local building. The drop off mouth is small so don’t bring big packages.
