“At 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, I learned that the printer I had chosen could not do the job of printing a 240 Perfect Bound book (240 copies). I called Precise. The service they gave me was amazing. They picked up the specs for the job that afternoon, gave me an estimate on the next Monday. They gave me a sample book on Wednesday and they fit our book printing and mailing into their busy schedule. It is one week later and the job is entirely done! Meanwhile, they kept me informed in a professional and friendly way. I would recommend Precise to anyone. Ten stars!”

“Got my wedding programs printed here super last minute after FedEx's service completely fell through due to technical difficulties.
Ryan from the Printing and Marketing department specifically did an AMAZING job getting them printed in less than 24 hours. It was such a relief to talk to a real human about what we needed. Ryan even called me personally when the prints finished to assure me that they would be in our hands in time for our big event.

“Preparing for an art show at Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Museum contacted Ship Art to pick up the art pieces arriving from California. They arrived as estimated, wrapped the piece for traveling across country, talked about their system and when it would arrive in Philadelphia (in time). Watching us wrap the art to wear piece, they offered to wrap it in a box they had and we watched as they expertly took care of wrapping the art to wear. They just returned the piece after the close of the show, and it looks great, and we kept their box to protect it. We were contacted of the return date and time window and someone had to be at the address, and we were. Ship Art is a responsible, very professional company. Communication is very important.”

“BEST LITTLE CORNER OF USPS in SSF. This Post Office is small and clean ans staffed with nice efficient counter staff. Those of us living in this area should lend our full support to make sure that we can keep this nice station open. It’s a luxury not having to drive far or to deal with unhappy staff for our postal need.
I was helped today by a young lady who so efficiently and quickly took care of my mail. Thank You ?? 5/21/2026”

“AJ is the man! He's head of security at this fedex location and I had a problem with my package and he came and solved the issue for me. He found my package, went out of his way to help me retrieve it then he helped me load the 150 pound package into my small car. He even gave me his own supplies and rope from his own car to help me tie it down to my car. He brought his extra workers to help me out on their time off! Much respect to this man and his crew”

“Shout out to the manager Johan and his team at Mission Bay's UPS Store on 3rd Street! I'm really shocked by all the horrible reviews for this place because Johan and the previous manager Paul really took care of all my shipping needs, especially for important documents and invaluable items. They have helped me ship items across the globe and they have all safely arrived at their destinations, unharmed, all in one piece. Yes, the UPS Store and UPS shipping is more expensive than other shipping options, but I do feel you are paying for premium service and quality, as well as a guarantee. I just made a really big move and Johan and his team made sure I got every single box within a week. Given the distance I moved, I was really shocked at the pristine condition of my belongings once they arrived and also with how fast the shipping was! Thank you for all of your help and for staying overtime with my friends and I when we were manically shipping 10+ boxes that one night!! I'll never forget the great service you provided that helped with making at least part of my big move stress-free.”

“My package wasnt being efficiently delivered, so i had to intercept it here. I went in, the cs rep took my tracking number and started searching. It took about 5 mins and he returned with my package. I showed my ID and signed for it. The entire process was smooth.
The main complaint for me would be the location, it was quite secluded. Taking BART and walking to it is most efficient or driving...
This review is for the service at this location. If i was reviewing the delivery process, i would give it 0 star.”
