“I love El Dorado hills apartments! Everybody on the staff and maintenance are very helpful friendly. This place is very clean, they keep up the outside and maintenance on the inside. This is a very quiet and family-oriented place. Lot of military as well ,Thank you to our service members. This is a wonderful place to call home. I encourage you to come check out the apartments you can even find them on Instagram at El Dorado hills apartments for a virtual tour. I've never been happy in an apartment complex until I moved here. You have tennis court basketball court you have a little soccer area little playground for the children. You have two pools and four jacuzzis and an all-equipped gym. Again I encourage you to come check out the apartments I love living here and couldn't imagine living anywhere else”

“Going into my 7th month renting at IMT. I can honestly say, the leasing office is exceptional. Brandon, Shaeem, Dee Dee, and Vivian take good care of us. Anytime I have an issue (including noisy neighbors) they handle it quickly. The location is central. Plenty of stores and restaurants within the area. Guest parking can be challenging so I’d plan ahead in the event you have visitors.”

Phylicia, who manages the property has been friendly, professional, and very responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. She really goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The location is also very convenient, with everything I need nearby. “Been having a great experience at Harborview so far. Want to especially shout out Dickerson, I was running very late for my move in time as I was moving from a different state. I didn’t arrive till almost midnight and Dickerson waited up to give me the keys to my apartment even still made time to give me a little home tour. That customer service was amazing and really helped me and my husband with our stress of making our big move. We’ve been residents for a few weeks now and the location is great with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance and only 10 minutes from downtown SD, downtown Chula Vista, and Coronado Beach. Only negative I will say is other residents need to do better about picking up/cleaning up after their dogs. Other than that, it’s been great. Thank you!”

“Vista Bonita apartments.. Great place to live! Lush garden like setting with lots of on site amenities, Directly across from a popular 3 mile loop hiking trail and golf course. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 laundry rooms, and 2 modern gym areas! For a legacy structure, the units are well built , and very well maintained. There are tenant appreciation events like BBQs, potlucks and movie nights, many fully sponsored. Attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness to any concerns, leaves no doubt.. we loyal tenants are valued by Jensen properties (now "Uplift Properties", btw). Seems like they are always working on some improvement project around here, upgrading, maintaining and beautifying things. If/when you do have any issues at all.. Dawn, the awesome, dedicated on-site property manager is on it! IF you can ever catch a (rare) vacancy here, I suggest you grab it.”

“I just wanted to take a minute and share what a great experience we have had with Woodbridge Apts up to this point- especially with LIZ who has been our point of contact. Moving is hard enough, it's the worst actually- and my son and his little girl recently moved into a cute little 2 bedroom, 2bath with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. The apt is cute- only bad part is the kitchen. It's SUPER outdated - they have done no upgrades in what seems to be 20+years. But we could move passed that because the rest of the apt and the complex itself is great! Liz - from the rental office - has been timely, friendly, helpful and Johnny-on-the-spot when it has come to any questions or anything we needed. She's been great! Looking forward to a great experience moving forward - and if your interested ask for Liz!”
