The move in process, from the tour, rental application, online lease signing to arriving to a clean, functional apartment, has been easy and hassle free. The location, across from Otay Ranch Mall, and the clean, well maintained property made the decision to move here a no brainer.

The staff are always polite and the customer service is top notch. I had fast and friendly responses to all questions and maintenance issues. Very quite and clean environment

We have rented in Boardwalk Apartments for over 5 years and it’s a wonderful place to reside. Just recently all the outdoor furniture had been replaced with luxury stylish furniture. The clubhouse also a complete makeover. Thanks Boardwalk management and owners for making this place a pleasant place to live.
