I was targeted by an identity theft agent using this bank's phone number. He said he was with JP Morgan Chase and someone used my Zelle to transfer thousands of dollars to a random person. Be careful as customer support will not call you for fraud cases.

Today I found out that even though with my checking account I can't get a check book, I am entitled to free cashiers checks and money orders. The staff is quite friendly and give a wonderful customer experience.
