I found Lemon Grove Transmission through the BBB and saw the previous reviews all had nothing but good feedback. This shop is family owned and operated and i couldn’t be more pleased with the value they bring to their customers. I immediately took both cars to the shop , a subaru and acura for preventive maintenance . Jeff had told me in advanced how much the estimates were and if our cars didn’t need anything additional it wouldn’t make sense to charge me for it. I really appreciate his integrity and being forward with me. Lastly the turn around was 2 days and cars are back on the road doing what they’re intended to. “Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle.At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word).We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that.The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". I believed him.I highly recommend USA Auto Body and will bring my vehicles here if I ever need repairs. I've been telling others as well.Thank you Jeremy & Team!”

“My rear upper control arm broke suddenly on the freeway. I call AAA and they send out some group with the worst reviews I've ever read, but they cancel for no described reason, and then it got reassign to Loyal Towing.Andy called me to confirm my location, and got to me quickly. This dude is 100% the best tow driver I've ever met. He put in the car to make sure my car's bumper didn't scrape, and was friendly the whole time. I don't even think I was in their "area" but I'm so glad they got assigned to my issue.100% would use again and super happy with the experience.”

They demanded texting on the phone and sending photos of my drivers license, credit card, and vehicle, it appeared to me the other tow company was being dispatched from a liquor store, the guy was rude and demanding. “Gabriel found us on the side of the road when he was driving past us on his way home. We had already waited 3 hours for AAA to send a tow truck and it was already 11pm at night. We were exhausted and frustrated at this point. Gabriel did not have to help us but he did. He was very professional and honest and followed through with everything he promised. I will be forever grateful for his help. Use this company if you ever need a tow and cancel your AAA if you have it because they are awful.
