I made the mistake of trying to service the A/C on my Honda Odyssey myself on a Saturday before we were supposed to leave on a family road trip. Needless to say, I picked just about the worst possible time to experiment with it. 😂 I ended up overfilling the A/C system, which caused the compressor’s protection/shutoff system to kick in. The A/C wasn’t working properly, and with a hot weekend and a family road trip coming up, I was desperate to find someone who could help.
Finding a mechanic on a Saturday afternoon who was willing to take a look at an A/C problem was not easy. I called around, and fortunately, I reached Chad. He told me he could take a look at it, even though he was getting ready to close the shop within the hour.
I brought the van down, and one of the first things that impressed me was how quickly he figured out what was going on. Before even hooking up diagnostic equipment or instruments, Chad knew something was wrong with the A/C system. He could actually smell the refrigerant and immediately suspected that the system had been overcharged.
He then took the time to explain exactly what I had done and what had happened to the system. And this is something I really appreciated—he explained it in a way that made sense and, more importantly, he didn’t make me feel like an idiot for trying to do it myself. 😂 We’ve all made those “I probably shouldn’t have done that” mistakes with our vehicles, and Chad handled the situation with professionalism and a great attitude.
He was able to properly evacuate the system and recharge it to the correct level, getting the A/C working perfectly again.
It was an extremely hot weekend (friggin El Nino), and having reliable, ice-cold A/C made a huge difference for me and my family on our road trip. Chad didn’t just fix a problem—he helped save our trip.
What really stood out to me was the combination of knowledge, experience, willingness to help, and customer service. He could have easily said, “Sorry, we’re closing,” especially on a Saturday afternoon. Instead, he took the time to help me out when I really needed it. That kind of service is becoming harder and harder to find.
We really appreciate Chad for taking care of us, and I’ll definitely be bringing some of our vehicles to his shop for service in the future. It’s great knowing there’s a mechanic I can trust who knows his stuff and treats people right.

“I am a repeat customer for tire repairs because they are quick and close to home, Today I took My Dodge Ram truck in for a repair because somehow I picked up a screw in my back tire, he came out found it pulled the screw out and tested it for a leak he said it wasn't leaking and told me all done, I asked him if I owed him anything for his time and he said A thank you so I thanked him and went on my way, I will continue to go to 7 day tire for my tire repairs.”

I even heard a customer before me talking about how amazing their service was in a previous time she was at this location.
