She treated her with kindness, listened to what she actually needed/wanted, and took the initiative to verify information instead of brushing her off. Because of Lala, my mom was able to get both pair of shoes she wanted ordered. In a time when great customer service is hard to find, Lala stood out. She was warm, genuine, and made my mom feel like she mattered. As her daughter, I can't thank her enough for the way she treated my mom. Hibbett needs more employees like Lala because she represents what excellent customer service should look like. So if you ever stop by I hope Lala is there to help you because she will have you in & out with everything you want!”

“The lady at the counter was a young lady. She had piercines, tattoos and funny colored hair, but surprise me with her soft-spoken voice and respectful mannerism about the store, the store was in great shape. The shelves were stocked, and they weren't a mess. A lot of rosses have Bad messes, because there's so many people grabbing in throwing things around. But this one was clean and organized, and I enjoyed that, and that's why I keep coming back to this one.”
