I was greeted right away by the store associate, and even though my return was a few days old and the tag had fallen off she gladly took care of me in a fast and professional manner. Jillian also helped me pick up an online order and informed me about a few in-store deals, which helped me pick out a few more items I had my eye on. Although it’s not the closest hot topic to where I live, I’d gladly go back any day since everything I needed to do was taken care of and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. “I love Ross finds; I have no idea why their wood side plaza section placed the benches where you can sit and try on shoes but there’s no mirror to check!! You need to walk around to check the shoes you are trying on! And those pairs are locked so you can’t even walk wearing them; that’s a dump idea whoever did that ?”

“We visited many Ross stores across the U.S., but this location is by far the best.
In my experience, Ross usually has low prices, but the stores can be messy—disorganized shelves, employees who don’t seem to know where things are, and cashiers who can be unfriendly or busy chatting.
However, the Cupertino store was completely different.
What surprised me the most was how neatly the suitcases were arranged.
All the clothing was also well organized by section and size, making it very easy to shop.
Most importantly, the cashier was extremely friendly and clearly took pride in their store.
I think this will be the only Ross store I visit from now on.
To the cashier who chatted with me about my trip to Hawaii — I don’t know your name, but you were the kindest Ross employee I’ve ever met!”
