“I recently visited the Stanford Shopping Center location for Vuori and I had such a wonderful experience. From start to finish I was met with awesome customer service from the likes of Natalia, Eve, and Shalanie. First of all, the floor is very well kept and it is very easy to navigate the space. Since it was my first time, I was able to inquire with Natalia about a particular product for my girlfriend. Natalia, greeted me with kindness and patience as she was assisting other people as well. She was was able to help me locate Villa Wideleg Pant that I have been wanting to grab for my girlfriend.
Vuori’s products are very high quality and I was impressed at the array of choices for both men and women. If I had more time, I would have probably gotten more things.
During my time perusing through other products, I was met by Eve who graciously offered information on product selection and other perks of shopping at Vuori which I greatly appreciated from her.
As I proceeded to check-out, I was met by Shalanie who helped me with becoming a member of Vuori and even offered to look for a particular product I had mentioned was not available on the immediate floor space. At the end of the day, I was able to grab the wideleg pant and an alpine half zip for my girlfriend and a tuvalu tee for myself which I cannot wait to wear.
I would definitely recommend shopping at this location and will return again soon! Again, thank you so much to Natalia, Eve, and Shalanie for your wonderful smiles, patience, and kindness throughout my experience. It is people like you who make shopping fun and enjoyable.”
“Great experience shopping for a dress for my son's wedding. Team was very helpful from initial emails, to creating a wish list, to having all items pulled for me upon arrival. Once in the store they spent 2 hours making sure I had the perfect outfits, shoes included.”

My parents speak limited English, but Vic was so thoughtful and patient with them. Even through simple conversations, he quickly understood what they were looking for, from the right fit and size to their preferred colors. He went out of his way multiple times to find different sizes and options for us and never made us feel rushed.

“I have walked by this Johnny Was many times and not stopped in. I used to wear Johnny was decades ago when Cielo was at Kahala Mall and June brought in the line. Their things were always beautiful and so comfortable to wear. Today I stopped in and asked what they might have that I could wear. I'm short, barely 5 feet. Kim took the time to pull several things for me..mid-calf length. Nope, nope, maybe. I tried the maybe on twice. Kim and Poulomi both helped with suggestions on how to wear the dress. They were polite and nice without being pushy. Ok, I ended up with a new dress. Thank you ladies for being nice and helpful. They even gave me a really nice shopping bag that folds into itself!... and a little bottle of water.”
“Pricey, but wonderful clothes. They carry many designer brands, plus some Japanese brands that I have seen before. The staff is very attentive. If you can't afford their clothes, check out the sale rack. You might just score a great find!”

“The new store moved to a smaller location opposite on the street of the original store. I have purchased items from the previous store and I enjoyed the space they had there. The new store feels less airy and the lights are not the best. So I was first quite stressed looking around or even stepping into the new space.
Despite all this the team is really doing the best service from the helpful lady taking in my consignment items to Erica who helped me with my bag purchase. It is a beautiful bag for a memorable occasion in my marriage. Erica was very helpful to locate the bag and she let me try it on and check all the details you can't see online from that few photos and scarce description. So the exceptional personal service of the team working at the physical store really making up for the company's problematic aspects (bad store space renting decisions, lack of proper item descriptions online and white overexposed photos).
After deciding on the bag I wanted my husband to see it but because of the street party outside we couldn't find any parking space in the area. Erica was really kind and told me to come back later and she was going to keep the bag on hold for us. This did the magic and after having some food and finding a suitable parking spot we were able to purchase the bag with Erica's assistance. I am grateful for the lovely experience, thank you Erica!”

The “downside” is that
~it’s not elastic (the irony) which gives some body types a bit room,
~it’s on the pricier side still.”
