Last week I paid around $105.00 (3–4-year battery life) to have my old battery replaced with a new one. That includes the Battery and installation. However my 5 Star review is for an employee by the name of Jesus. Jesus was kind enough to help my husband locate a tool to help remove the battery from our truck. “A friend told me about this place, his company buy all their batteries there. I had a scary moment, when my car would not start. The jump made it more worst, check engine light came on, all the power brakes on car would not move, said take car to dealer. This is a 2021 corolla my second battery, the battery the dealer put in is only 351 cranking amps that is very low. Julian that works at Powerstride put in a 540 cranking amps battery. This battery should last 2 years, I have more power and should not have problems starting the car after 10 mins.”

“I came in late Friday night. I could not believe they were open until 10pm. What luck. I needed to remove a difficult pylly that was stuck in a shaft. I was trying to determine what pulley puller I should purchase. I wasn't really sure because I may not need to use the puller again in the future and may not want to spend to much money on it. Thank god for the 2! Super helpful associates that advised me on the best choice to make. In addition to that they suggested that I could just rent the puller instead of buying it. Which saved me a ton of money. This store was clean. And even though they were understaffed they had the line moving very quickly and we're very knowledgeable of the information I needed to cimete my task. They were friendly. I definitely give them 5 stars for cleanliness, inventory, customer service, and product knowledge. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who has automotive needs. Thanks guys. Will definitely return in the future.”
