“I have just had Michael's Carpet in Huntington Beach fit flooring throughout my home and found them to be an excellent company with a great team. From start to finish the whole experience has been first rate, and I would happily recommend them to anyone who needs their floors done. Mike and his workers have been friendly and approachable, with absolutely gorgeous flooring samples. My husband and I came and went a dozen times to try out samples until we were able to find the perfect color and style that we liked. Right from the start, they were punctual, polite and patient in answering our questions and evaluating our preferences. It took us 2 months until we decided on the type of flooring for our home. Because of their expert installation, my house looks perfect with the LVP. It took them only one day and a half to complete my house because their team is so good at their work. Every plank of luxury vinyl was placed just right between them so that my carpenter can place the baseboard and shoes over it. It was truly impressive how they made my house look like a magazine cover. Michael's Carpet solved a difficult problem for me, and did an excellent job at it; I had a problem with the kind of castor cups to put under my piano so the floors would not scratch. They were excellent in helping and solved our problem. Their quality of workmanship was outstanding, and they were as helpful and responsive as it is possible to be in a difficult customer-service domain. The team was cheerful, communicative, and accommodating, and didn't mind putting in the extra effort to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. The space was treated with deference throughout the installation, and any dirt was easily cleaned up, or was never present in the first place. I am very satisfied with the order of my floors, Michael's Carpets is really amazing service. I have used them in the past 5 years to place carpeting in my son's bedroom and flooring in the other 2 bedrooms of our home. I'm so glad we chose them to do the flooring for our new addition room and entire house. If you chose them, you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Mike and his team for your work. “This store is a little further then my daily travels living in Placentia. However, they are very friendly, helpful and have great prices. I have purchased a kitchen faucet from them and it was defective. Had my receipt and exchanged for my money back.... no problem. They have a variety of essential supplies you cannot always find. I have found that the customer service with being notified when they said ALSO was great. So many times you hear people say "oh, I'll call you when it comes in", only to never have it happen They do what they say. I manage a fourplex in Anaheim. It is worth the drive for me. SS”
