So, we visited the Avocado Factory Store, expecting to spend only 20 minutes, but ended up staying for over an hour. It was nice being the only customers in the building on a Monday afternoon. Isaiah, who exuded calm and patient energy, showed us several mattress recommendations based on our sleep positions, encouraging us to try them out, answering all my questions, and chatting with us about a range of mattress- and sleep-related topics (mattress materials, allergies, circadian rhythm, Mg, sleep hygiene), and even emailed me additional detailed sleep-related information. Thank you, Isaiah, for creating such a positive shopping experience for such an important purchase!”

Kyle helped us, and he truly went above and beyond. “I purchased the Cascade dresser from the outlet, but I was never informed that the pickup dock closed at 6:00 p.m. on the day of my purchase. Because of this, I had to make another trip the following day, driving over an hour each way, to pick up the furniture. Since the outlet requires purchased furniture to be picked up within 24 hours, I also had to leave work early to meet the deadline.
In addition, our salesperson placed a “SOLD” sign on the top of the dresser using tape. When we removed the tape after getting the dresser home, it pulled off the finish from the top of the furniture, leaving it damaged. While I understand that outlet furniture is sold as-is, this damage was caused after the item was marked sold and was not part of the condition I agreed to purchase. I am very disappointed with the piece.
I do want to mention that the outlet manager was very polite and professional regarding the damage and gave an additional discount but I’m not happy with my chest drawer missing the finish. This whole process was not as expected.”
