“2 floors with 2 sets of stairs to go up and an elevator option. There is a good amount of parking in front of the building. Lots of vendors for clothes, shoes, toys, children clothing and items, jewelry, religious items, centerpieces, and decorations for events. There's also a natural remedies vendor and a massage therapist.Twice that I've gone around 3pm the massage therapist area is closed so I'm not sure what times they are there or if it's by appointment only.In the middle at the entrance is an area to order some food and sweets. I had a strawberry filled strawberry and an oreo ice cream. They provided the ice cream immediately, and I waited 2 minutes for the churro since they're freshly made.”

“I love this store, when I walked in I was immediately struck with how clean and open it was, ine can the vastness of the store and their wine collection rivals the finest in the winemaking industry! Add to this, the staff... Well who am I to Judge? Just fantastic, they want to help you and they do! Overall, going here will ruin you experience at any other store, they have really set the bar by which all grocery stores should be measured!”

“There are so many choices of places to shop at, but it was difficult to exit from there. I needed to get directly onto the 605 freeway southbound. The exit by the In N' Out was extra atrocious on a Sunday afternoon. FYI.”

“Pretty good! It's like a homeaide ice cream parlor with some unique flavors. Definitely worth trying. There was 5 of us that went and all got different flavors and all of them were good, banana chocolate was my favorite! They use the hard chocolate that you get when getting a dipped cone as their chocolate in the ice creams. It was like $6 for a 2 scoop waffle bowl, cheaper than I expected.”

“BCD Tofu is a good authentic Korean food restaurant. I went there with my family. We had seafood pancakes, Korean vegetable stew, bulgogi, and bibimpap. All tasty and excellent dishes, having lived in Korea, it was as good as it gets. The parking lot was crowded, and the service could have been better, we asked for an extra soup bowl, which never came, and it was hard to get their attention.”

“Parking sucks here. People do not know how to drive in the meddle area near the buffet restaurant area. Needs some type of sign there or someone will eventually get hit. Parking the worst part of this promenade.”

“Amerige Heights Town Center holds immense potential, and with some strategic retooling, it could easily become one of the premier attraction hubs in Fullerton. It's perplexing why there's an additional entry point from Malvern Avenue between shops when there are already two other major entry points from the same road. Closing off this entry point, eliminating parking spaces, and transforming it into a beautiful park or courtyard could drastically enhance the appeal of the area. By creating a vibrant public space, there would be ample room to host events, festivals, and other gatherings, attracting a significant influx of foot traffic. This change would not only beautify the plaza but also provide a welcoming environment for visitors to freely explore and enjoy. I'm simply expressing my thoughts because I'm rooting for this plaza to thrive and reach its full potential. This transformation could be the key to unlocking its success and establishing it as a destination of choice in Fullerton.”

“Lots of homeless people stay in this plaza. More times than not, it's filthy. The parking lot is full of trash. The trash cans are overflowing. And the side walks are full of food and spilled drinks too. Especially by Rainbow doughnuts. The city needs to do a better job of keeping it clean.”

“I only come here for Walmart or PetSmart. There is plenty of parking if you can walk. No transients in the area. It is a fairly clean area. There are at least three entrances/exits along Imperial Highway westbound. One entrance/exit on Kraemer Blvd. You rarely see any ghetto, shady looking people. This area is and feels safe.”
