Once we found what we were looking for, Farnaz, the manager ended up closing our shopping experience and taking care of us. She was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We had a great experience here.”

“I was searching for a place that could refurbish a family crucifix that belonged to my grandma.I came across the Vintage Boutique through my searches, emailed if they refurbish and they said yes. I walked into the place and it was like walking into glamor and Aww. The place has scents, lotions, some clothing, house decorations, etc.I left my crucifix at the shop and the most alluring lotion I have smelled in a while.Cindii did an amazing job fixing and keeping g the originality of the cross.I LOVE the care she took.Bless be this place and the hands that's fixed my crucifix..”

“Great prices on new items from kitchen and bath to clothes and makeup. I am usually a thrift shop shopping kind of girl, mostly because of the prices and unique funds. However I was happily surprised when I stumbled upon DD’s discount store! I thought it was a thrift store but it’s actually a store similar to Burlington or Ross, but IMO with more options and better prices. I was looking specifically for something to put in my shower to hold all those bottles. I did find it, and also walked out with new sheets, window curtains and a cute tank top all very affordable!”

“I love everything about Aubergine from the people to the ambience and design to the shopping experience. Beautiful, eclectic pieces at reasonable prices. It's hard to leave without something in my hands, like a vintage table, a wooden rooster or a metal sign. The wood, glass, metal mixes are abound. I have been up and down the coast antiquing, and Aubergine is a special treat. I highly recommend a visit.”

“I visited the Ross at the San Fernando Balboa location and found exactly what I needed. I always love Ross because it’s very affordable, and if you’re patient, you can find real treasures—great brands at great prices. My favorite is Calvin Klein, and they always have it here, not hard to find at all.
The cashier was very nice (I think her name was Be?). Also, the restroom was clean and well-maintained, which is amazing.
If you’re ever bored, come shop at Ross! Highly recommended!”

I also had a great color suggestion for toss pillows from Britta — I could not get the colors right for my eggplant-colored sectional — and she made it WOW. “Ross has always been one of those clothing stores that if you have the time to search you'll find some great, name brand pieces. I ended up having to return a pair of jeans, because I didn't like the fit. The return process was easy and my debit card was refunded within minutes of leaving the store. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, because I found myself picking up clothing that had fallen onto the floor and hanging them up over and over throughout the store. It would really make the store stand out and look clean and organized if their wasn't so many items just left on the floor. Makes it seem like the store is dirty and no one really cares.”

“It's a former converted bowling alley. Now a Ross. I was looking for black booties, was all picked over in my size. Just like all the other locations. This one usually has good selection, depends on what you need and when you go. Bummer about shoe selection though.”
