The workers are super helpful. I love the new manager, she helped me send out a package which then got lost. It turns out that weather can delay our packages and the workers at the store don’t know that. The UPS store and UPS are different but the same. The UPS franchises can’t help the same as the UPS Shipping. It turns out that we have 15 days to do a claim to get our money back, Elaine the manager helped me figure out how to do my claim. The UPS company didn’t give me a full refund for the price of my package because I didn’t put insurance but I got a refund for the price of my shipping. I love that the store can help with things that aren’t even their fault. I will definitely come back to this store and recommend anyone come to this store. Customer Service 100/100

I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store thanks to Elaine. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Elaine went above and beyond to make sure my shipping needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently. She explained my options clearly, helped me package everything securely, and made sure I got the best value for my shipment.
It's rare to find someone who combines speed, accuracy, and great customer service so seamlessly. Elaine’s attention to detail and positive attitude truly made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future—and I’ll be looking for Elaine!

I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store location! From the moment I walked in, the manager and staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was warm, full of hello and smiles, and went above and beyond to help me with my shipping needs. It’s rare to find a place where customer service feels this personal and sincere. The manager made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling taken care of. She was so supportive and patient as she walked me through the process I needed done. If you’re looking for a UPS location with amazing service and friendly faces, this is the one no doubt! :))

the staff was super helpful and the manager went above and beyond helping you ship out your boxes. They have this one woman that I talk to the most because she helps me the most. I think it’s the manger but tbh i don’t know her really but I’ve never had issues with her or the store not gonna lie probably the best store,I sent a package and been no problem

I don’t fully think I can really express my feelings when it came to serves at this store. The employees felt more like family, they answered all my questions and they helped me to understand a little bit more of sending and receiving packages and mail. The other reasons why I said that it felt like family helping me out was they were willing to ask me how I was doing and it felt genuine. Every time I go into the store I have a great experience because I have learned they have a plethora of services if I don’t want to wait in line I can just walk over to the kiosk and do it myself. Being in the military you learn to take any victory no matter how big, small, and significant it may look to others. Even small victories make you feel good like you accomplished something important and that’s the way I feel every time I go into this store because of the employees dedication, devotion, commitment, and professionalism to serve our city.

This place used to be wonderful but the new woman at this location that I have never seen before is extremely rude. Helped every single person in line and when it came to me she told me to use the kiosk for my Amazon return. I pay $1 per Amazon item I return for the convenience of going to this UPS store and so my items actually make it back to Amazon. I shouldn’t be forced to use a Kiosk. There was not one other person in line this woman could have helped me but did not want to out of pure laziness. Skip this place if you are looking for good customer service.

Th employees don’t know their own email address after multiple attempts 20 minutes later the employee realized to check the spam folder. Refused to waive service charge! I just my time isn’t important! Do come here go somewhere else !!!! Customer service none.

The staff is friendly and happy. They are professional and very knowledgeable. The store is clean and run extremely well. Miguel answered all my questions on the phone and then was the one to assist me when I went in the store with two different tasks. He was polite, engaged, and obviously enjoys his job. I have been to several UPS store locations in the area and this by far is the best experience.
