I had an unbelievably frustrating experience of getting locked out of my car, and he could not have been more courteous or helpful. He allowed me to use his phone multiple times, gave me suggestions of where I might go to get a battery for my key fob, installed that battery for me, and then when that didn't work, he called someone he knew in town with a similar car and asked them to bring the owners' manual for my car for more troubleshooting. He was seriously the most helpful, kind, and problem-solving person I've ever encountered, and I'm terribly grateful for his fantastic attitude and graciousness.”
