“I wanted to upgrade my Jeep's bumpers and add some sliders/steps for a little side rocker protection. I also wanted a little bit of a lift and a winch.
Mike listened to my wants and needs, and helped me pick out the parts that would fit right and function well for my needs.
As it turned out, the stock fog lights weren't compatible with the new bumper, so Mike installed a set of LEDs to make it work, at no extra charge. My spare tire also wouldn't fit with the new rear bumper, so once again, Mike installed a spacer to make it work, at no extra charge.
That's customer service above and beyond expectations!
My Jeep looks great, and I'm smiling with every mile!

“Came into advance auto parts last minute to exchange some brake pad. Antong was nice to help me find the back breaks I needed even what store had them in stock at the moment. Also, Hector was also a big help. Found the right break pads in stock. Return was easy and smooth. He did awesome team work with his coworker. Both gentlemen were very helpful.”

“I had my motorhome wheel alignment done at Hewitt. From the very start Tony treated me as a valued customer. First his team drove it to ensure no other issues are present, and then they proceeded with the service. At the time I was picking the motorhome, Tony had one of the mechanics (Thank you Jose) drive with me to check on my driving style. Tony recommended to install Safety-Plus. I wanted to do it myself, but due to time considerations I asked them to do it. Again they surpassed my expectations. They needed to manufacture a custom U-bolt and they did it on the spot. The owner is honest and employees do the great work, this is how America should be. I wanted to add that I had my first camping trip and the motorhome drove straight and stable. Major improvement in stability.”

I was surprised at how pleasant Anita and Kelly were at arranging my car in and out, and the ease with which my estimator moved my car into repair. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Juan, the body guy even spent some extra time helping me to figure out how to fix an external part after the job was done. Wow, it's those few extra minutes that count. It's those few extra minutes that say, "Customer service."
Then, not more than two weeks later... OMG, my car was involved in a more serious accident. Remembering the care and service of my first experience, I had my car taken to All Foreign and Domestic once again. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss.
I was handled with so much compassion and respect. The employees were so helpful: from Kelly the office manager, who expedited my paperwork, to the guys in the yard who helped me get whatever I wanted from my car (even removing my custom plate holders and luggage crossbars. I appreciated the quick communication and explanations from the estimator as well. This is a professionally run business with a neighbor hood sense of personal care.

“THEY ARE THE BEST! For frame of reference, I've wasted a lot of money on my 95' - 80 series bringing it to mechanics who'd take the job all around my town of Elk Grove. No one has ever been able to fix or explain some of the issues I was having with it. Then I found these guys on a blog. Best thing I could've done was bring it here. Hands down if you're looking for people that are experts at all types of Land Cruisers this is the place. They specialize and I don't use the word lightly.
