I've banked with BAC for 7+ years. Recently (12/2025), I went into the March Lane branch to fix an issue with my online banking and Julisa was incredible. She was kind, caring, and so helpful. She helped me right away and was able to contact the right person to solve the issue quickly.

BAC is awesome. They have "Workers" hours not "Bankers" hours. Always friendly, even when I cant keep my Checkbook balanced.

Been banking here for many years. Very helpful, friendly, rarely a long wait. March Lane office is great. Nice to have a place recognize you and call you by name.
