“Went to BMO Bank on North Pershing. Terrible. Makayla did everything she could to not help us, telling us it was her lunch break, she didn't know how to do what we wanted, she'd have to get her legal department to review documents, and we'd probably have to wait until after the weekend. So my brother and I went to the BMO Bank on El Dorado and it was a totally different experience. Everyone was friendly, nice, and helpful. Lily and Amberly did everything they could to help my brother and I, and it's amazing how different our experience was from one branch to the other. The management of BMO should have the rest of the branches get trained on customer service from the people at the El Dorado branch. Thank you, Lily and Amerbly!! You two were awesome!”

“Under new management (Sergio Placencia). I got in on a Friday @ 4:45 asking for a biz account. Sergio took my request to the fullest even after closing @ 5:00. I don’t know when employees go home after closing but when I left @ 6:15, all employees were there working. The following week, Sergio followed up on a doc missing for my biz account. I feel that Sergio overexcited my expectations! Still enjoying my “Free checking account for life” since I opened it in 1997.”
“I am so satisfied with the immediate prompt help that I was able to receive from AVP Branch Manager Mrs. Ebony Gardner. She has helped me multiple teams without forwarding me to someone else in the correct department. I have a been a member for over 7 years with this bank and I have always received great customer service, However the help that I was able to get from Mrs. Gardner at such a vulnerable time in my life is beyond words. She is a true angel sent from heaven above and words can not express the gratitude that I feel. I was on disability for quite some time and I had significant issues with my account. was very frustrated and agitated when I first called because of a negligence on my account that I had been battling for almost a year. I was not exactly a happy camper when I first spoke with her. I am truly amazed of the efficiency and team work that I have witnessed through Ebony Gardner and her team. After my account was reviewed and approved by management was able to get everything sorted out. This all took place during my birthday week and I am so grateful that they were able to make sure my account was promptly taken care of before my wedding proposal. “I saw some of the reviews, and I was shocked. I've been banking with them for years. I have never encountered long lines. It's always been neat and clean on my visits. And the tellers/staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Admittedly, I don't go often, and since I'm retired, I don't go to the bank or anywhere else during peak hours-lol. I prefer credit unions and am not a fan of banks, and I refuse to do business with the 'others'. But for various reasons, sometimes a bank is necessary. US Bank is the one for me.”

“I've been a loyal consumer with the Bank of Stockton for many, many years! I remember when I opened up my first-ever checking account here as an employed teenager. It was done at this particular branch. To this day, I have a checking account and a couple of savings accounts. Out of all of the branches, this is the most convenient location within proximity of my house. The staff members inside are very kind and helpful with any of my banking needs. I love that the Bank of Stockton is conveniently located in other parts of Stockton and nearby cities such as Manteca, Lodi, Elk Grove, etc. I've visited all of the different branches and they were wonderful, especially with accessing the ATM at ease. “This chase is Absolutely the best!!!! They were able to help me with my $20 bill that was about 25% defaced. I went to Wells Fargo, Ace Loans and Valley strong credit union to try and exchange my $20 none of them could help me with it. I definitely will be back here at Chase and I am now also considering switching to them as well just because they were able to help me!!! Absolutely appreciated!!!”

From square one, minute one, I have had nothing but AMAZING customer service and hand holding to help with the nuances of Zelle and outside transfers. The account manager, I can't remember her name, or even if that is her title has made the entire transition flawless. Seriously considering changing banks, altogether.”
