Best customer service out of the other location. Walk-in help ok. Appointmentd available or recommended but not necessary. They did NOT turn me away without an appointment like the other location.

The service is acceptable and the employees friendly. The Chase Bank that I went to in the Lincoln shopping village Stockton only had two tellers and long lines. Be prepared to wait a long time to get to the teller.
