“This was my first time coming into the store my husband needed to get his phone fixed, Tony ended up telling my husband he would need a replacement phone so they ordered the replacement phone and it took about two days to come in! I came into the store around 5:20 to pick up my phone because someone from the store had called me and told me my order was ready and I told them I would be there by five Ish To pick up the phone , They said that was fine but when I got there, Tony asked if I could come back the next day since I had to transfer my phone, he said it was gonna take too long and he was trying to leave exactly at six, But Tony ended up staying with us til about 6:20 to get the phone transferred . I know he had plans and had to stay a little later but i appreciated that he stayed with us and allowed us to transfer the phone then and there . Thank you Tony for your great customer service ! We will be returning anytime we have an issue with our phones”
