“We had an exceptional experience at this store, thanks to Alex, the store manager, who demonstrated extensive knowledge and patience while ensuring all our needs were met. Lizett provided invaluable assistance in selecting the perfect phone and making our service to fit our budget. Kayla's patience was evident as she helped us set up our new iPhone watch. The store's cleanliness, organization, and welcoming staff stood out. We highly recommend this store for its honest, efficient, and professional service.”

“Scott was amazing. After being on the phone with customer care for a few hours, they recommended us to go into the retail store to get assistance since they weren’t able to assist us with our issue. Upon our arrival, he took his time and worked with us, troubleshooting every different aspect of our galaxy watch connecting to our phone line, and was able to figure out what the issue was. He got our problem solved and was very patient and diligent. We really appreciated his help and persistence in this matter. Scott is an excellent part of your team, and we definitely appreciate his customer service and support.”

“Clean target, i go here often. I wish they had more stock for Pokémon Cards but I understand the scalpers are a huge problem with that. I liked when they limit everyone to 2 items per person so everyone had a chance of getting something”

“If I could throw a hug in here, I would. I hired G-Force because I wanted to have a slide show and a microphone/lectern set up for my Dad's life celebration. We cannot thank Gary enough for being so easy to work with and professional. He did not say no to anything. He helped me solve problems with my slide show and was happy to employ my own work-arounds. I was so confident it allowed me to feel at ease and focus on the guests and the celebration. Thank you Gary and crew! I gave your number out!”

“This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Best Buy. Sam and Chandler on Pacific Ave were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase instead of rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers and take pride in what they do. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Huge thanks to both of them for the excellent service.”

“There's like maybe two or three employees I like here. I'm done means being sensitive but it seems as though I asked questions and they don't understand. And then a lot recently this past couple weeks I noticed on the screen whenever it comes to a point where it asks if I wanted a item for free or for a dollar off they will skip past it. When the store first opened they had an entirely different crew.”

“Not a lot of reviews on this 711 but here's how it went with me. Went in for slushies and came out with some food. Had my family with me and was surprised how clean the coffee island and hot dog station was. All the slushies with the exception of one were working. There were 8 in total I believe. The glizzys were glistening so of course I had to get one. The hot dog station was small but packed with a variety of sauces and surprisingly clean for a busy gas station. My only complaint is the little walk way between the slushies and counter since it is a pinch trying to move through but not a big deal. Workers are busy bodies moving around and stocking everything. Also very helpful! Keep it up folks!”
