“I went in last week to check this place out because I collect Atari games. I’m not sure if it was the owner or the manager working that day but he was very helpful and friendly. I picked out a few carts from his stock and he looked up going prices on ebay and gave me great deals on all the games I picked up. I picked up 9 games that day and I let him know I lived an hour away and wouldn’t be able to come back for an exchange in 24 hours and he told me I could come back anytime and exchange the games if there was anything wrong with them. I took them home and cleaned them and they all work just fine! On my way out he let me pick a complimentary soda from his soda cooler. He was awesome and I recommend his shop!”

And then a lot recently this past couple weeks I noticed on the screen whenever it comes to a point where it asks if I wanted a item for free or for a dollar off they will skip past it. When the store first opened they had an entirely different crew.”

I visited the T-Mobile store in Stockton again today to update my plan and was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued customer. The atmosphere in the store was welcoming, and the staff were attentive and eager to assist.
I want to specifically commend two outstanding professionals, Ry and Samer, for going above and beyond in helping me with my needs. Ry was extremely knowledgeable about the services available, taking the time to explain all the options to me in detail to to listen patiently to my requests. She answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the different plans, which made the decision-making process so much easier.
Samer was equally impressive with his excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude.
Together, Ry and Samer demonstrated a level of professionalism and customer care that is rare to find. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.
