She has helped me multiple teams without forwarding me to someone else in the correct department. I have a been a member for over 7 years with this bank and I have always received great customer service, However the help that I was able to get from Mrs. Gardner at such a vulnerable time in my life is beyond words. She is a true angel sent from heaven above and words can not express the gratitude that I feel. “Best credit union out of them all. I had Golden 1 for five years until unfortunately my account was closed for being overdrawn at no fault of my own.
