Many love the customer service and highly recommend this place.
Cindy is apparently the branch manager. here and its no wonder why this place has such low reviews. If she is qualified to run this place then they're doomed. She is rude, dismissive, and most importantly she is ill-equipped to handle many issues that customers may be facing.

Staff here were not helpful. I asked for help with online banking, and the teller made me feel stupid. Their app is not user-friendly for bill pay. Customer service was bad. Moreover, the tellers here do not even say hello. This place should close down. They should just put a Patelco branch instead.

trash. blocks my card for simple everyday purchases claiming “fraud” but their office is closed and you can’t get through to anybody. switching credit unions ASAP.
