She has helped me multiple teams without forwarding me to someone else in the correct department. I have a been a member for over 7 years with this bank and I have always received great customer service, However the help that I was able to get from Mrs. Gardner at such a vulnerable time in my life is beyond words. She is a true angel sent from heaven above and words can not express the gratitude that I feel. I was on disability for quite some time and I had significant issues with my account. was very frustrated and agitated when I first called because of a negligence on my account that I had been battling for almost a year.
