“My rating of four stars is for the Lodi store. I was just in the Hammer Lane Store in Stockton and absolutely one of the worst stores I've ever been in as far as the way I was treated by the lady at the self checkout”

“Finding great help is becoming a rare thing now in days, until we meet Karina at the Stockton D&M. she is very knowledgeable in her field of work, eager to help, and has tons of patience with our customers. She is quick to respond to our questions even on her days off. The items we order come exactly the way she designed and matches our request perfectly. Karina is diamond in the rough, and D&M is very lucky to have her in the front. because of her Jimenez & sons construction will always come back to D&M.”

“Big hardware store with a little of everything you may need for the home and garden. Seasonal items are available for limited times and a clearance section has deals on various items.”

“I have to give the guys in the flooring department credit. We made a large number of pallet purchases of some vinyl flooring and it took a while for them to get the forklift. Once they got there, including a kid with a flag to warn people that there's a moving forklift, some idiot customer literally walked up to the kid operating the lift crying about how he can't find stereo wire. The kid with the flag and the forklift operator politely redirected the idiot customer who then went on a tirade about how the store sucks and never has enough staff. So then he pouts and leaves. Then they finished with my pallet purchase being very careful despite the idiot customer continually coming back, interfering with the forklift operator and crying about stupid stereo wire. Memo to idiot customers. I know this is Stockton and most of you have brains that are fried, but a moving forklift with a flag person and the lift with almost 1000 lbs of flooring? Might not be the best thing to run up to it asking a stupid question that another employee who's not working a dangerous vehicle can answer. The forklift guy and flag person were utmost professionals in the face of sheer stupidity.”

“Had a good experience today while getting a Christmas tree. Javier has great customer service. He was kind and patient and willing to leave the gates open while we picked out a tree and that was very nice of him, we were super grateful and my kids were super happy even though it was short lived it was still a sweet experience for my girls.. Thank you Javier may you have a blessed and Joyful Christmas..”

“I was looking for a plumbing item and the home Depot web page gave me the wrong aisle. I had asked several employees for help and they said they would call someone. Over half an hour went by asking for help and still no one. Finally an awesome employee came by (I believe her name is Almeda). She tried helping me look but we could not find it so she went and found another awesome employee by the name of Chris who is very knowledgeable about the products. These two people are the best! I was just about ready to go to another store when Almeda came by and helped me. Thank you Almeda and Chris. This was the Hammer Lane home Depot in Stockton California”
