Terrific customer service, something I've frequently had at Tap but never take for granted!”

“This is a five star place. Very helpful staff, good prices compared to the box stores, and has that smaller family business feel (= they care). For example, recently I ordered something and when I realized it would not fit in my car they offered to drive it over to my home, on the spot, for FREE. My goodness. If only every local business cared about their customers like that.”

“Usually people try to upsale or get you to buy something before walking out of the store. Here I got the opposite. I got an employee who seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Instead of selling me simply what I asked for he asked what my goal was. After seeing I needed something completely different he guided me in the steps to get where I needed to be. “I delivered full truck load of water in 6.30am for 7am Apt out 6.50am. Very fast n nice people. I saw 2 flat beds came and 5 loaders jumped on them and they were out in 20 mins both (both had half drops but still) Docks are in the back of the warehouse go past Safeway and make a left on Hensen Rd it is ur 1st drive away right and don’t exit on Hensen go through the other drive away straight to exit on Bud Lyons rd.”

“The assistant manager Carlo helped me with getting copies of a key. The key wasn’t a traditional size and he was kind and patient in searching for the perfect key. He went above and beyond shaving both copies until they were perfect. His attention to detail and customer service was amazing. I was left very satisfied with my experience and the keys fit perfectly! I recommend asking for Carlo if you ever visit this location. He will make sure to do. Everything he can to help you. Fantastic employee!”
