Update: Exceptional Service at T-Mobile Stockton
I visited the T-Mobile store in Stockton again today to update my plan and was incredibly impressed by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued customer. The atmosphere in the store was welcoming, and the staff were attentive and eager to assist.
I want to specifically commend two outstanding professionals, Ry and Samer, for going above and beyond in helping me with my needs. Ry was extremely knowledgeable about the services available, taking the time to explain all the options to me in detail to to listen patiently to my requests. She answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the different plans, which made the decision-making process so much easier.
Samer was equally impressive with his excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude.
Together, Ry and Samer demonstrated a level of professionalism and customer care that is rare to find. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

“I was went this store for buying a iPhones in December. It was evening so the store was about to close. The person named Michael Saniatan he just give us phones and also explain me how to activate phones and all things and said just in case you won’t be able to do that just come tomorrow and I helped you out. I was bought two phones so I successfully activate and transfer one phone but with second phone I couldn’t transfer the data by myself so next day I went the store again and go to the same person ask for help but he didn’t treated us very well so one another person name Mel Miller came to us ask if we need any help. “This is the location where I go for service, although I am on auto pay, any time I need a new (Motorola, I like Motorola) ... →Cellphone, or have a question, or have a concern, they are ALWAYS courteous, professional, and PROMPT with resolving my issue, as I realize Boost Mobile stores are individually owned, I will ONLY go to the Pacific Avenue (@ Swain Road) store. It is also conveniently located, since I live, and shop CLOSE to this Boost Mobile store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
