“I have been coming to this UPS for the past 12 years and with new ownership this place looks so much cleaner and welcoming. This past week, we went to Disneyland and I forgot my prescription glasses. Moms out there understand how stressful it can be packing for your entire family. Therefore, I had my daughter-in-law shipped it overnight ($132.64) which did not arrive until the morning we were leaving (5th day). I took the unopen package in store and spoke to the manager. Now they've hired a second person who to. Day helped me get my print out and was very professional. Very nice. The store just keeps getting better and better.”
